    i. Orders & Refunds

    1. Before I can start working on your order, payment will be required up front. This ensures we're both committed to the process early on.

    2. Orders are handled on a first-come, first-serve basis - I will not hold slots.

    3. Prices, fees, and discounts are final. If you're looking for flexibility here, I might not be the artist for you.

    4. For clarity and focus, I no longer discuss commission details via Discord. All communication regarding your order must be done through email or Ko-fi.

    5. Refunds will only be issued if I am unable to complete your commission due to unforseen circumstances.

    ii. Process & Revisions

    1. ꜱᴛᴀɢᴇ ɪ (ꜱᴋᴇᴛᴄʜɪɴɢ) · I will send you thumbnail drafts for approval. You are welcome to request up to two revisions during this stage to ensure the piece aligns with what you're looking for.

    2. ꜱᴛᴀɢᴇ ɪɪ (ʀᴇꜰɪɴɪɴɢ) · Once the thumbnail of your choosing is approved, I'll proceed with the full piece. No further WIPs will be shown during this stage.

    3. ꜱᴛᴀɢᴇ ɪɪɪ (ꜰɪɴɪꜱʜɪɴɢ) · Before I'm done, I'll send a completed preview. Small tweaks may be requested at this point, but larger, scene-altering changes cannot be accomodated.

    iii. Turnaround & Delays

    1. Effective as of February 2025, I aim to complete commissions in batches within two weeks. I will keep you informed of any changes that occur.

    2. If unexpected delays arise due to health or personal matters, I will reach out as soon as possible.

    3. While I encourage open communication, frequent inquiries as to progress can cause delays - so I appreciate your patience as I work to tell your characters' stories as best as I can.

    iv. Credits & Copyright

    1. As the artist, I retain the right to feature commissioned, completed work in my portfolio or on my other platforms (deviantArt, Instagram, etc.)

    2. Please do not remove or crop out my signature from the finished piece.

    3. If you choose to repost your commission or design online, kindly credit me as the artist!

    $56.32 - From the neck up, your character will be depicted in either a loose BG or a simple, textured page. Extra characters (max. 2) will cost an additional $10.32.

    Portraits

    $46.32 - From the neck up, your character will be depicted in either a loose BG or a simple, textured page. Extra characters (max. 2) will cost an additional $10.32.

    Full-figured

    $66.32 - From the neck up, your character will be depicted in either a loose BG or a simple, textured page. Extra characters (max. 2) will cost an additional $10.32.
